RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LFL Company, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here are our conditions:

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.

Process: Write to us at lflbussines@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions: Returns of products damaged by customer misuse are not accepted.
